School environment

At Saint Gabriel’s, we understand the school environment as the set of interactions and relationships that occur between all members of the school community, whether individual or group. Coexistence is the ability of people to live with others (co-exist) within a framework of mutual respect and solidarity. This implies recognition and respect for diversity, the ability of people to understand one another, and to value and accept the differences and points of view of others.
For this reason, at our school, we recognize the importance of a positive and nurturing approach to interpersonal relationships and student behavior, promoting good conduct through a common code and language. To this end, we promote and educate students with specific rules that foster values, establish behavioral expectations, and specify appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.
In order to work in a positive and preventative manner, the school shares the “Golden Rules” among its students . The main pillar of these golden rules is to generate coexistence based on respect and empathy. Through respect, in all its dimensions, the school seeks to foster attitudes that promote healthy school coexistence and, in turn, discourage violence in any of its forms. This preventative framework is complemented by curricular, organizational, and intervention strategies that seek to promote a positive school climate among all members of the educational community and facilitate the teaching and learning process of students.

SUPPORT TEAM

Saint Gabriel's School - Equipo de Apoyo

The Saint Gabriel’s Support Team is comprised of psychologists, counselors, and educational psychologists. Their goal is to contribute to the students’ educational process through social and emotional support and mentoring. They also provide ongoing support, alongside teachers, to monitor the children’s academic progress.

For this reason, this space has been designed to support parents and guardians in the growth and development of their children, sharing material we believe may be of interest. The material shared is relevant to each cycle, considering the age and needs of the children.
